Under the Wings of the Raven: 6. Field of Marble

Door Rudi L gepubliceerd op Monday 03 October 10:20

Heavy and grey the air is silently gliding,
along the truncated willow trees,
a creepy song and a muffled sighing,
as the spooky wind blows between

the weathered stone heads of marble.

Shadow leads macabre out of cadence
the light that dizzy and so faint
scatters his last remains in a dance
of an eternal remorse and sorrow on

the weathered stone heads of marble.

Freakish warped spine-chilling statures
draw the ground with black granite stones
with a cross to picture the final ending
to show us the way, departed under

the weathered stone heads of marble.
