The defenitions Interval, harmony and ear training in my own words...

Interval:( A trick to remember intervals... "How far the notes "fall" from each other, "inter- fall"") The distance between 2 notes.
Same note, two notes besides each other, a sound with a note untouched in between them etc...

Training the ear to hear the differences between notes and the sound of the notes: the tones of the notes... To recognize the sound of notes. To be able to hear the musical notes by heart, just by hearing the tones, able to know what note that sound is.

Harmony, is the relationship between chords, scales and melodies. "That it sounds in harmony". A study of how a song, tones and melodies sound. That you can see on the chords, scales and melodies used for the song. A harmonious sound, a song, scale, melodie, or chords in harmony gives... 

 

 

note. Berklee is the college for music where John Mayer has studied... 

For free some Berklee studies on www.coursera.com.... And online Berklee has more studies... each studie is worth around 1000 Euro... Coursera brings for free... Worth to try!
